About Dane Wendell, LPC

After attending Randolph Macon College, where I had the privilege to continue my soccer career and become a four-year starter and captain my senior year, I had no idea what I wanted to do and was in a new city where I knew very few people. I started off working with individuals and doing research on Spinal Cord Injuries. While that experience was life-changing and eye-opening, I knew it was not a direction I wanted to pursue.

I did know that I wanted to help people thrive.

After completing my masters at the University of Baltimore in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Counseling, I knew I wanted to work with children and adolescents so I positioned myself to gain more experience by working with students in the Baltimore City Public School System and later becoming an approved supervisor.

I am a husband and a father to two beautiful, energetic, and loving girls. Outside of my career, I enjoy being active through running and playing golf, and also spending time with family and friends.

My goal is to help children and adolescents not only succeed but thrive so they can live a happy, passionate and confident life.
